       Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

       You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

       Standard 5-8 days

       expedited 2-3 days

       expressed 1 day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, weather).

3. Tracking Your Order

       Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

       Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Liner Jewelry LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

       If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

       Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
